Arcadem Pro Installation (Licensed Users Only)

Installation of Arcadem Pro can be done by us if you have purchased a license from Agares Media. WE DO NOT do installations until we can verify your license. Installation requires that you give us temporary access to your cPanel, MySQL, FTP. We will follow up with an email. CAUTION: There are scammers out there that will conduct phishing attempts against you in an attempt to get your passwords and access to your secure areas. If we ask you for such information, our emails will cite your order number, the date of the order and that amount. If you get an email that looks like it may come from us that does not cite that information, DO NOT RESPOND TO THAT EMAIL. Instead, log onto your account and then use the contact us form to report the email. If you believe you are receiving a phishing scam made to look like it's from Arcadem Pro software, FORWARD that email to spam@arcademprosoftware.com. Note: We can't order adjustments from your host for settings that they have to do. It may be necessary that you contact the host yourself and request certain adjustments in server settings. We will notify you if that is the case. This installation service includes the basic 500 game pack that ships with Arcadem Pro. We will install the latest release unless you tell us otherwise.

Note:  Sale price is valid only if you are using Agares Media recommended hosts.  A $20.00 surcharge will be accessed if we determine that your host does not provide adequate resources and we must create the php.ini file or make adjustments on your behalf in order to allow the installation to succeed.
